Dr. Christy Patton
Dr. Christy Patton
Dr. Christy Patton founder of Elements of Health attended the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Upon completing that program in 2004, Christy decided she would further her skills in Hangzhou, China, studying under many famous doctors in the TCM field. She believes that if you love what you do for a living you will never work another day in your life. Her main focus is all over health and she really cares about her patients.
Wanda Herriman
Wanda received her Massage Therapy Certificate from Mount Royal College. This intensive program offered Wanda the ability to study and practice both the art and science of massage. Through assessment, treatment plans and appropriate use of relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques Wanda is able to assist her clients in achieving optimal health and wellness. She believes that in order to achieve the best results therapy requires a joint effort between therapist and client.
Whether you’re recovering from a car accident, work/sports related injuries, or are in chronic pain; Wanda believes incorporating massage into your routine can help you achieve better health and decrease stress. In our fast paced world stress is an ever increasing burden on our mind, body and spirit. This is why Wanda is committed to making each one of her clients feel relaxed, comfortable and safe during their massage treatment.

Lorraine Chikowski (Christy's Momma)
Lorraine Chikowski (Christy's Momma)
Lorraine is both a Mother and a friend that is one in a million. She IS Elements of Health. Whether it be filling in when someone needs it, supporting her daughter in her business venture & life or keeping our lovely plants alive she is always willing to help. She provides our clinic with love, passion and beauty. She is beautiful inside and out. You can't help but feel good when you are around her.

I can't seem to find the right words to tell you how much my Mother Lorraine has inspired me, or how much of her has been put into Elements of Health. Through her, even when my day is long, I feel the strength she gives me. Her support is and has always been endless.

My mom is a neverending song in my heart of comfort, happiness, and being. I may sometimes forget the words but I always remember the tune.

Amanda Andrews, R.M.T.
I received my 2200 hour Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Foothills College of Massage Therapy and have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist for 4 years. Through my schooling and work experience I have developed skills to assess each client to best understand what the client’s issues are and how to most effectively treat them through the use of relaxation and a variety of therapeutic techniques. I believe assessment is a key component of massage therapy so each client’s individual situation is understood and therefore the most effective treatment can be offered to the client. I also strongly believe in working with my clients to help them further their healing at home so they can maintain the progress made during their treatments sessions. I thoroughly enjoy every one of my clients and do my best to make them feel happy, safe and well cared for.

Kelly Culliton
Kelly Culliton
Kelly is a mother of three, a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years (having worked in Canada, Saudi Arabia and England) and a Certified Biofeedback Therapist, offering Biofeedback Therapy since 2007. Kelly has always believed that we are surrounded by stressors from the time we wake until well into our dreaming/sleeping states. These stressors, whether physical, mental, emotional, chemical or spiritual, affect our health, thoughts, moods and appearance. Stress reduction and relaxation allows us to rebalance, permitting us to feel better within our own bodies and minds. Kelly truly believes that stress reduction is a phenomenal means of promoting self-healing.
Wendy Powell B.Sc., R.Ac., Registered Acupunturist

As a result of her mother’s influence Wendy has been interested in integrative medicine for most of her life. Growing up in Millarville and now living in Okotoks, Wendy Powell has been practicing Chinese medicine for eleven years. Her training was at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton and she has since completed extensive studies in pregnancy and women’s wellness. She also practices reflexology, flower essences, Western nutrition and herbology. She is a faculty member at Mount Royal University and volunteers with provincial regulatory exams.
Acupuncture is very powerful therapy for healing that works synergistically to help bring about balance to the body and mind. Stress, poor diet, inadequate sleep, toxins as well as other emotional and physical factors ultimately contribute to imbalances and chronic health issues. My goal as a practitioner is to work with you to promote your body's innate ability to heal itself. Whether the problem is chronic or acute, mental, physical, or spiritual, acupuncture treats the whole person alleviating illness and bringing an increased sense of well being, balance and vitality.

Orasa Kaewmool, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist
Orasa is from Thailand . I was born and raised on a farm near a small town in Sisaket in the NE of Thailand . Finished 1 year of nursing training School in Bangkok. I went on to complete a Bachelor Degree from Ramkhumhang University In Bangkok (Open University in Thailand ). My training at the nursing School included basic Thai Massage and Thai Herbal Massage. I came to see these natural remedies to our problems made sense and are much better remedies. Though I fell in love with Thai and Thai herbal massage at that time, opportunities brought me to explore Canada and I have been here since. I look forward to learning more techniques and to sharpen my skills to offer the best remedies to my clients.
