Lorraine Chikowski (Christy's Momma)
Lorraine is both a Mother and a friend that is one in a million. She IS Elements of Health. Whether it be filling in when someone needs it, supporting her daughter in her business venture & life or keeping our lovely plants alive she is always willing to help. She provides our clinic with love, passion and beauty. She is beautiful inside and out. You can't help but feel good when you are around her. I can't seem to find the right words to tell you how much my Mother Lorraine has inspired me, or how much of her has been put into Elements of Health. Through her, even when my day is long, I feel the strength she gives me. Her support is and has always been endless. My mom is a neverending song in my heart of comfort, happiness, and being. I may sometimes forget the words but I always remember the tune. ~Graycie Harmon

Tamara Fenton
It is with great honour that I share my gifts here at Elements of Health. My name is Tamara Fenton and I am a Reiki practioner. My journey started about 10 years ago when I realized I needed a higher degree of inner strength. I started reading books and asking for certain things that I needed in my life at that time and, in doing this, it seemed that the right things kept coming to me. The one thing I knew I always wanted to do was to to help others with their own personal healing, however I needed to heal myself first before I was able to share this with others. At this time, I was introduced to Usui Reiki and my teacher, Corinna Arnold. Through completion of the Usui Reiki courses I and II, I found that the teachings spoke straight to my heart, affirming my beliefs that all of us are connected and that we are full of so much more than we've been taught. These courses gave me the strength I needed to move forward with my life and to steer myself in the right direction. I continued on this journey and completed Usui Reiki III and also enrolled in an an Intuitive course. After these two courses I began conducting sessions with friends and family. Another year later I completed my Usui Reiki Master Course and am now ready to help heal people, as well continue to learn and grow.

Lisa Bara, R.Ac., TCMD
Lisa studied at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary. She has over 18 years experience working with children, youth, and families and has extensive experience in counseling and mental health. Lisa loves teaching and has given lectures on addictions. She believes strongly in the connection between our physical and emotional health and the need to treat the whole person when addressing health concerns. Lisa discovered the benefits of Acupuncture for herself over 10 years ago. It soon became a regular part her life and when she began exploring a career change she knew exactly what she wanted to do. “My favorite place in the world became my Acupuncturist’s office and I wanted to give that same experience to others. I believe that Traditional Chinese Medicine, in its integrated approach to health and wellness, is one of the most valuable healing modalities available today.”

Hazel Barnes, R.M.T.
I took my training at MH Vicars Massage School and graduated in 2007. It is a 2200 hour 2 year remedial massage therapy program. I am also trained in reflexology, aromatherapy, myofascial release and I am a Reiki Master. My speciality is making a hybrid of all the modalities that I am trained in so that I can tailor each treatment to meet the client’s specific needs. I am always full of wonder at the magic that ensues.
